Pirate Candles!

Ten Years ago on a warm Hawaiian afternoon we met a very nice family. The had 2 little boys and an 11 year old ( who actually looked like a very raggedy little boy in coveralls and flip flops). Lo and behold it was a a young Chloe, yes, a girl! Well as the years went by she began to blossom into a very pretty young woman. Sweet as can be and as a teen she was never obnoxious ... okay maybe sometimes. She is rarely moody (except this past month) no, no, no, she is not getting late teen blues. You see about a year and 1/2 ago she met this very cute young man and this week they are getting married. I have been helping with different things, such as making Mexican Wedding Cookies and candles for the tables. Here is the candle I made.

I stamped on tissue paper then I wrapped the candle with the stamped on paper and then using the Heating tool, I applied heat to the candle which melted a little and took hold of the paper. With a bone folder I went over the warm candle and viola! beautiful candle.
